Affordable Senior Living Development Approved in Fairfax County
NFP Affordable Housing has won approval for an affordable senior housing development along Richmond Highway. The project will include 52 age-restricted dwelling units, with associated common areas and amenities for the residents. At the first level, the building would include retail space, with direct pedestrian access to Richmond Highway and Groveton Street sidewalks.
