Akridge Joins Halley Rise Development Team
Akridge has filed plans for 2 mixed-use buildings within the Halley Rise development in Reston. Plans call for 480 residential units to include 366 apartments and 144 condos along with 9,250 square feet of retail space. The two buildings would be connected by an elevator courtyard to offer resident amenity space. Per the project filing, Brookfield will still own the 4+ acre site that Akridge's development would be located on.
