Alchemy Partners & Cain International Close on 57th St. Property for $130M
Alchemy Partners along with Cain International have closed on the acquisition of 123 West 57th Street for $130M from Calvary Baptist Church. The development team is planning a 26-story, 260,000 square foot office tower on the site to include new space for the church. The office space will also offer a full-floor amenity deck and 4,000 square feet of outdoor common spaces. Demolition is expected to start this fall with the building opening by the end of 2024.
