Alexandria Real Estate Equities Looks to Purchase Watertown Mall
Alexandria Real Estate Equities is exploring options to purchase the Watertown Mall in a redevelopment that would bring additional life science and lab space to Arsenal Street.
Built in 1975, the Watertown Mall features 264,549 SF of retail space located on Arsenal Street. The mall is anchored by Best Buy and Target and is located directly across the street from Arsenal Yards. The site features 18 acres and Alexandria Real Estate Equities would potentially pay more than $125,000,000 in a transaction.
