Alexandria to Seek Newton Office Rezoning for Lab Use

Alexandria Real Estate Equities has proposed a 62,531 SF lab/research facility at Riverside Center in the Auburndale section of Newton. The parcel contains 487,578 SF of land and is zoned for business use. Current use of the facility is for office space.
