Alina Residences Developer Secures $100 Million Construction Loan
El-Ad National Properties has secured a $100 million construction loan from UMB Bank. The loan will be used to develop the second phase of Alina Residences. This phase will include two buildings, combining for 182 condos. Construction will be completed by late 2024.
With the completion of phase two, Alina Residences will include three buildings, combining for 303 total units.
