Allston Development Secures $24 Million Construction Loan
The Mount Vernon Company has secured a $24 million construction loan via First Republic Bank for the project at 37 North Beacon Street in Allston.
The project features two building: a five-story building containing 74 apartment residences at the intersection of North Beacon and Everett Streets, and a four-story building containing nine condominium residences next door on Sinclair Road.
