Allston Multifamily Trades Hands for $2.8M
Quint House, LLC sold 6 Quint Avenue to 6 Quint Ave, LLC - a subsidiary of the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation - for $2,825,000. A multifamily development located in Allston, 6 Quint Avenue features 6,325 SF of residential space.
"We are excited to announce that the City of Boston is providing $2 million to ABCDC to assist in the acquisition of 6 Quint Avenue in Allston," said the Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation in an announcement. "We are looking forward to start work on this project throughout the year."
The developer plans to create 15 units inside the building with 14 reserved for low-income housing.
