Allston’s Telford 180 luxury condominiums top off, facade work underway
Facade work has begun at Telford 180, a new Allston luxury condominium building built by Dellbrook | JKS, following the topping off the building’s six-story structure. Windows are in place along a large section of Telford 180’s facade, which is fully coated with moisture-resistant sheathing. Fireproofing and and weatherproofing are being installed along the facade in order to commence installation of exterior finishes. Strategically located a short drive or transit ride to Downtown Boston, Telford 180 will feature 85 luxury condominium residences overlooking the Charles River with distinctive amenities.
