Altura Bayshore Opens Newly Expanded Sales Gallery Amid Brisk Tower Construction

With vertical construction well underway, the Altura Bayshore luxury condominium tower is opening a spectacular sales gallery at 3106 W. Bay to Bay that features a full-scale model of the tower, a model bath, model kitchen and fixture selections, all staffed with agents from the exclusive real estate broker Smith & Associates Real Estate.

The gallery previously operated at the site of the Altura tower and was relocated recently to Bay to Bay Boulevard to make way for construction. The 2,300-square-foot gallery features immersive virtual reality software that lets buyers choose and experience their particular residence, plus a full-size model kitchen with a compliment of the standard Thermador appliances and luxurious cabinet packages offered. In addition, a full-size bathroom with marble vanities and soaking tub is available to walk through.
