AMAC Announces Groundbreaking and Closing of a Construction Loan on a 380-Unit Multifamily Development in Kissimmee, Florida

AMAC, a national real estate developer and investor, today announced the groundbreaking of their latest multifamily development in Kissimmee. The building is being developed by AMAC, a New York based real estate development firm, and is located at the Southeast Corner of West Carroll Street and West Donegan Avenue. The development comprises 380 units and is expected to be completed in Q1 2027. The firm simultaneously closed on $74 million of construction financing in partnership with Ocean Bank and PCCP to develop the project.

West Carroll Kissimmee is a 3 and 4 story garden style development that will include 380 units offering a mix of one to three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment will be equipped with modern features including stainless steel appliances, stone counters, in-unit washers and dryers, and custom lighting and plumbing features. The clubhouse will offer its residents a suite of luxury amenities including a professional gym, pool, outdoor lounge, club room, private offices for resident use, grilling stations, pickleball courts, dog park, outdoor yoga, and a game room. The property will have detached parking garages and scenic ponds with walking paths for residents.
