Amazon Purchases Former Showcase Cinemas for $49.8 Million
NAI Entertainment Holdings, LLC - a subsidiary of National Amusement - sold 505 Squire Road to Amazon.com Services, LLC for $49,800,000.
Northbridge Partners has proposed a 142,746 SF last-mile distribution warehouse with immediate access to Route 1 for Amazon, and plans to demolish the former theater were approved in April.
