Amazon Renovating Melcher Street Office
In addition to 253 Summer Street, Amazon is renovating the building at 19-27 Melcher Street. The $14 million renovation includes all five floors as well as the basement of the building. The work will consist of demolition, framing, drywall, ACT, ceilings, doors frames, hardware glass, glazing, and finishes.
Additionally, relocation and newNew installation of mechanical, electrical, fire alarms, plumbing, and fire protection will be completed.
