Amazon to Build Out 320K SF in Milford
Construction is underway on a 320,000 square-foot distribution center in Milford, Massachusetts. The facility, previously occupied by glass bottle manufacturer Ardagh Group, was vacated in March of 2018.
Developers closed on a $14M mortgage in June, and n Amazon-signed lease agreement was approved in July of 2020.
Amazon also plans to build out 550 parking spaces at its 12 Industrial Rd facility in Milford.
