Amazon to Occupy Two Buildings at Renaissance Tech Park
Amazon has filed paperwork indicating the firm will occupy the upcoming data centers at 13860 and 13876 Redskin Drive as part of the planned Renaissance Tech Park. Starwood acquired the 60-acre site in 2019 for $134M and has won approval for over 2M square feet of development on the site. In total, the phased project will include of four data center buildings, a 6-acre substation, a security building, and a water storage building.
