Amazon Warehouse Expansion in Dedham Under Official Review
Dedham Planning Board is reviewing revised plans for Amazon to expand their warehouse operations at 480 Sprague Street along the Boston city limit.
The current site layout accommodates Amazon along with two other tenants, Macy's and Restoration Hardware in an approximately 232,500 SF facility. Macy's and Restoration Hardware vacated the building in early 2020, and the proposed project includes the expansion of the Amazon facility, currently at 77,000 SF, to occupy the entire building.
The current site features 180 parking spaces, and with the expansion of Amazon, will add an additional 131 spaces to bring the total to 311.
