Amended Plans Released for 34-Story Kendall Square Tower
A Boston-based developer has filed amended plans to increase the number of residential units at 135 Broadway.
"The proposed amendment affirms a commitment to accelerate delivery of the full amount of remaining residential GFA in the MXD District (approximately 420,000 SF), which includes up to 465 market rate, affordable, middle income, and three-bedroom rental units in the same phase as Commercial Building C." the plans said.
The development will feature a 34-story residential building with 420,000 SF of living space and an increase in units from 425 to 465. Requested changes to the MXD District also feature a move in electrical utilities to a new subterranean utility station.
