Anacostia Site Acquired for $2.5M
Recovery Cafe DC has acquired the property at 1337 Good Hope Road SE for $2.5M. The .3581 square foot site is currently home to a 2,244 retail building. Recovery Cafe, along with the Anacostia Economic Development Corp. plans to construct a mixed-use building to include 36 affordable housing units along with 8,000 SF of ground-floor space for the cafe.
