APAH Submits Updated Plans for Dominion Square: Development Now Includes over 500 Units
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing has submitted updated plans for Dominion Square West in Fairfax County. Prior plans approved for the site called for 175 affordable units, now APAH is proposing 2 towers to include 516 units total. All units will be provided at 60% AMI or lower. Plans also include a 33,000-square-foot community center.
