Apartments & Hotel Planned for Center Block of Capitol Crossing
Property Group Partners is now planning a mix of residential, hotel, and retail spaces for the middle block at Capitol Crossing. The next phase of the project would include two 12-story towers, one hotel, one residential over a shared retail podium. The development would include 166 apartments 222 hotel rooms and 21,600 square feet of retail space. Plans for the hotel also call for a rooftop restaurant.
