Approved 400,000+ SF Flex Warehouse to Break Ground in Warwick, RI
is set to begin construction on I-95 Gateway in Warwick, with pre-leasing underway by CBRE on the project. Plans call for SF of flex distribution floorspace adjacent to Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport outside Providence.
On-site amenities include up to 116 tailboard loading docks, 40-foot clear ceilings, four drive-in ports, and over 300 parking spaces.
