Approved 800K SF+ Amazon Warehouse Site Acquired for $6.5 Million
The Shelburne Company, LLC has sold 2120 Hartford Avenue in Johnston, RI to for $6,500,000 in a deal brokered by MG Commercial.
The location of an approved Amazon Fulfillment warehouse, 2120 Hartford Ave features 4 million SF of land. Located off I-295 in Rhode Island, plans call for an 823,522 SF industrial warehouse development featuring 73 loading bays and employing 1,500 workers.
