Approved Capitol Riverfront Development Site Acquired for $29.5M
Felice Development Group has closed on the 1333 M Street development site for $29,448,000. The development team won approval for a mixed-use project on the site this past fall to include 900 residential units and around 45,000 square feet of retail space. The multi-phased project would also include a pedestrian promenade and green space along the river.
