Approved Everett Multifamily Trades for $22M, Developer Secures Construction Loan
The Grossman Companies has sold 1690 Revere Beach Parkway in Everett to for $21,990,000, who then secured a construction mortgage valued at $100,237,000 as construction is set to begin on the project. Plans call for 741 residential units and 1 million+ SF of mixed-use residential development across 3 new buildings.
