Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group is offering the opportunity to acquire 1109 Congress Street NE a 10,040 square foot lot, fully entitled to build a 62-unit residential building located in the NoMa submarket of Washington, DC. The fully designed and permitted residential development totals 45,836 square feet of residential space averaging 739 square feet per unit, with 3,825 square feet of ground-level retail space. This past June a Virginia-based developer had acquired the development site after the property went into foreclosure when the previous owner could not secure financing due to the pandemic.
