Approved Somerville Development Site Acquired for $9M
John M. Corcoran & Company has acquired 346 Somerville Avenue for $9M. A mixed-use project set to include 94 residential units along with ground floor commercial space was approved for the site in December 2019. Corcoran secured $23,770,000 in financing for the deal through HarborOne Bank.
