Approved South End Hotel Project Up For Sale
Colliers’ Multi-Family is currently marketing the Hotel Alexandra for sale. The former luxury hotel is situated on a prominent highly trafficked street corner and features Ruskinian Neo-gothic style with a richly patterned sandstone façade, strong window lines. The BPDA approved the redevelopment of the property from a five-story building to a thirteen-story, 158 room boutique hotel with ground floor restaurant and café space, and a rooftop level lounge/restaurant in March 2019.
