Approved Dorchester Multifamily Acquired for $5.25M
B’nai B’rith Housing has purchased 270 Baker Street in West Roxbury for $5.25M. A 60 unit affordable apartment project has been approved for this site. The development also calls for 60 parking spaces, both at-grade and underneath the residential building.
