Architect & Leasing Broker Selected for Jackson Graham Building Revamp
Stonebridge & Rockefeller, the development team selected to revamp the Jackson Graham Building at 600 Fifth Street NW have selected Pickard Chilton as the project's architect and CBRE to market the new office space. Plans for the building, home to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority since 1974 include total renovation including the addition of 3 stories. The new, modern building will offer around 400,000 square feet of Class A office space and is expected to begin construction in 2023.
