ARE Completes $13M Acquisition for Approved Westborough Research Campus
Alexandria Real Estate Equities has completed its purchase of 29 Research Drive in Westborough for $13,250,000, adding to a land assemblage needed to redevelop the former BJ's Wholesale Club headquarters. The company purchased nearby 25 Network Drive in February for $32 million.
Approved for redevelopment, plans call for a multi-building, square-foot life science research park off the Massachusetts turnpike at 25-29 Research Drive.
