The properties - 29 Hartwell Avenue in Lexington, 35 Wiggins Avenue, 45-47 Wiggins Avenue, 3 Preston Court and 6-8 Preston Court in Bedford, and 285 Bear Hill Road in Waltham - feature a combined 255,000+ SF of floorspace and a buildable area of 20+ acres.
