Arlington Multifamily Trades for $104M
In a deal brokered by Berkadia, Dweck Properties has sold Park at Pentagon Row to Cortland for $104,250,000. The 298-unit multifamily, constructed in 1990 is located in the heart of Arlington's Nation Landing, just one block from Amazon's HQ2. The property now dubbed Cortland at National Landing offers a rooftop pool and fitness center. The building last traded in July 2019 for $117,000,000.
