Arlington YMCA Redevelopment Would Include 374 Residential Units
Orr Partners & Republic Properties have filed plans with Arlington County proposing to redevelop the Arlington YMCA Site near Virginia Square. The new construction project would include an 88,815 square foot recreational facility complete with pool, racketball & tennis courts along with and a six-story, 374-unit residential building. A total of 645 parking spaces would be included within garages for each building.
