Arlo Hotel Wynwood Officially Open For Business

Wynwood now has its first full-service hotel officially opened! As of this week, guests can start experiencing this vibrant neighborhood on Nichols Architects designed Arlo Hotel Wynwood.

The space functions as a blend between a sophisticated boutique/pod hotel and an urban event venue, with different stages for rotating art pieces and spontaneous events to take place at. An exterior yoga deck facing North Miami Court and a pool deck with a 68’x18’ stainless steel pool completes the amenities of the hotel, together with over 8,600 sf of general commercial space.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Quadrum Global for trusting us with the project and to everyone who have collaborated with us on the development and construction of the Arlo Hotels.
