Arsenal Yards Retail Corner Acquired for $96 Million
has closed on an acquisition of a Home Depot at 615 Arsenal Street in Watertown for $96,250,000. The deal was brokered by Newmark.
A multi-phased redevelopment and expansion of the former Arsenal Mall, Arsenal Yards features 350,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, approximately 425 multifamily units, and 100,000 SF of office space.
