Innovative Industrial Properties has purchased units 1 & 2 at 134 Chestnut Hill Avenue in Athol MA for $26,750,000.00. The historic warehouse building was originally constructed in 1899. The property is fully leased to Ascend Wellness for their MassGrow cultivation center.
