Back Bay Midtown Hotel Redevelopment Approved for Construction
A Newton-based developer won approval for the redevelopment of the former Midtown Hotel in Back Bay. Plans call for a 349,000 SF mixed-use building featuring 325 residential units with 153 parking spaces facing the Christian Science Center Plaza.
