Baltimore’s First Mass Timber Office Building Reaches an Exciting and Monumental Phase
Construction is moving right along at 4010 Boston Street in Baltimore MD. CCG is currently on the way to completing the third floor of the 40 Ten Office Building DLT (Dowel Laminated Timber) panels with a temporary weather barrier, and LGMF framing and MEP Rough-in for the floors below. At this time, CCG has finished the Glulam columns for the first floor and Glulam columns and beams for the second floor.
The 40TEN Boston project will feature an exposed timber structure, expansive glass lines, 15’ high floor to ceilings, expansive common area amenity space and a rooftop deck. When the project is complete, the Class-A office building will be four stories and 94,000 SF.
