Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Expanding Its Campus with 132,000 Square Foot Medical Pavilion
Bayfront Health St. Petersburg has plans for a new four-story, 132,000-square foot medical office building, Bayfront Health Medical Pavilion – Institute Square. Bayfront is partnering with three of Florida’s top medical specialists to construction the new development, Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, one of the largest oncological providers in Florida, All Florida Orthopaedic Associates, one of Florida’s largest orthopedic practices in the state and Women’s Care, which has more than 100 locations in the United States. The new technologically advanced medical pavilion will offer world class care through the partnerships. The pavilion is expected to open in spring 2025.
