Beach Hotel Proposed for Fort Lauderdale
TRD of Fort Lauderdale, LLC, managed by Aiton Yaari and Lior Avidor, has submitted plans to Ft. Lauderdale's Development Review Committee for Beach Hotel at 201 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. The property was purchased in 2017 for $32 million.
Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel is planned to rise 18 stories and include 233 hotel rooms plus a renovation of 13,990 square feet of commercial space.
