Beachwold Residential Acquires Orlando Apartment Community
Beachwold Residential has acquired Avisa Lakes in Orlando. Beachwold purchased the apartment community from Altus Group. The community offers 292 apartment units contained in 16 two-story buildings. The one- and two-bedroom apartments range from 600 to 1,140 square feet. Community amenities include a pool with cabanas, grilling stations and lounge seating, fitness center, clubhouse with business center, lakeside lounge area with hammocks, firepit and grilling stations, children’s play area and pet park. The 22.4-acre site is 10 miles northeast of Orlando International Airport.
