Beacon Capital Acquires Condo Interests in Terrell Place for $70M
Beacon Capital Partners has acquired the remaining condo interests at Terrell Place for $70M from AARP. The 11-story, 450,000 square foot office property recently underwent a major renovation, and current tenants include Facebook, Yelp & Convene. The building features renovated common areas, a fitness center, rooftop lounge, conference room, and game room.
