Beacon Hill Civic Association Votes to Move Forward Beacon Hill Pub Redevelopment
Beacon Hill Civic Association Zoning and Licensing Committee issued a vote of non-opposition to the current plans to redevelop the Beacon Hill Pub.
City Realty proposes constructing a street-level restaurant and bar with nine residential units within the building, along with a new three-story addition at the rear of the property. The property features a 4 story 7,755 square-foot brick building that was constructed in 1899.
City Realty acquired the beloved pub in 2018 for $5.5 million.
