Below Grade Construction Continues for Founders Row II
Below grade work continues for the Founders Row II project in Falls Church. Currently, Osprey Contracting is installing AVM Industries Aussie Skin 550G blindside waterproofing for the building's elevator shaft. The development will feature 280 apartments along with 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. As part of the project the developer Mill Creek is making contributions to the public schools, library, and parks and dedicating space to a public art display.
