Below Grade Garage Construction Ongoing for Fairfax Multifamily
Underground utilities, grading, and curb and gutter installation is ongoing for the Boulevard VI development, as the project looks to turn over the first phase of townhome pads in the upcoming months. Concrete construction of the underground parking garage is also ongoing on the site for the 144 Unit condominium building. In total the development will include 266 residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail space.
