Berkeley Investments Wins Approval for Watertown Life Science Conversion
Berkeley Investments has won permitting approvals to convert The Chase Mills building at 64 Pleasant Street from office to life science use. Berkeley will fully modernize the historic buildings to create around 105,000 square feet of Class A Life Science Space. The developer expected to have the core & shell complete by the end of 2022.
