Beverly Development Receives $14.82 Million in Financing
The project at 10 Congress Street in Beverly, MA has received $14,821,737 in financing via Bank of New England.
The property was purchased in April 2019 by Procopio Construction Company for $3.5 million. The site is a 3.78-acre transit-oriented, waterfront development adjacent to the Beverly-Salem Bridge. The development will feature 62 market-rate apartments ranging from the low to mid $2,000 price range.
Procopio Construction Company is aiming to have units move-in ready by the fall of 2020.
