Billerica Office Park Sold for $85 Million
Jumbo Capital Management has sold the Rivertech Park complex in Billerica to a Downtown Boston developer for $85,000,000.

A 28-acre office park located in Billerica, Rivertech Park features 285,772 SF of Class-B office space.
