BioMed Realty Files Plans for 393K SF Lab in Somerville
BioMed Realty has filed plans in Somerville for a lab development at XMBLY's Block 21. The project will feature 391,200 SF of life science space along with 2,000 SF of ground-level retail. The XMBLY development will also include a total of approximately 1,220,000 SF of office/lab/R+D within three buildings, inclusive of approximately 80,000 SF of innovation space. The project additionally calls for nearly 25,000 square feet of retail space and parking for 1900 vehicles on site.
