BioMed Realty Secures $892 Million in Refinancing for 4 Properties

BioMed Realty secured a total of $892,000,000 in financing from Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Citi Real Estate Funding, and Goldman Sachs Bank for four lab/office properties in Greater Boston. The company secured $454,000,000 for the Genzyme Center in Cambridge, $80,000,000 for 450 Kendall Street in Cambridge, $268,000,000 for 50 Hampshire Street in Cambridge, and $90,000,000 for 65 Grove Street in Waltham. 

The four properties feature a combined total of 717,116 SF of Class-A office and laboratory research space.
